It ensures the smooth running of all infrastructures and offers maximum support for the customer. It specialises in integrated risk reduction systems related to technical expertise, maintenance, training and project management. 

The scope of operations is customer driven and focused on design, efficiency and effectiveness. A recent major project for the technical division was the construction of a power substation for the new hostel complex in Luipaardsvlei.

With energy supply a precarious issue in South Africa, finding energy efficient means and electricity supply, heads the company agenda. Tenders that require the use of specific energy sources can expect a scientific professional team to research and identify alternatives without compromising the required standards and quality.

Focusing on sector needs, a support programme for emerging black contractors (sub contractors) has been developed. Sub contractor training is provided where necessary and includes comprehensive financial and business management to ensure compliance with the laws of the country and efficient business management.
