Our procurement is managed by our home grown knowledge management systems. These, in conjunction with Microsoft software (Great Planes) easy applications, guarantee unique programme designs and applications. Our achievements have been quoted on the official Microsoft website.

But our success is not only limited to excellent technology. Our professional staff in the procurement office is able to apply just-in-time (JIT) principles for the benefit of internal and external customers. The design is geared to zero defect supply chain activities.

Minute-by-minute feedback permits easy analysis by our experts for both risk management and minimisation of error. Ready access to data in turn, allows for rapid decision making and resource provision for seamless delivery. 

Bosasa’s procurement covers 110 categories including equipment, services, motor vehicles, consumables and building materials. 

Special emphasis is placed on BBBEEE procurement principles with specific focus to SMME sector development.
