  Presidents Award Program

Bosasa has been involved with the Presidents Award programme for Bronze, Silver and Gold certification since 2006. Young people are encouraged to participate in community service, sports and recreation, educational skills, leadership programmes and outdoor adventure.

Through these programmes, points are accumulated. The youth  are further  monitored on a continuous basis to determine progress. Young people from local schools are identified to participate in the programme with other youth from the Bosasa Facilities.  The identified youth are vulnerable and at risk and after evaluating  behaviour patterns the programme is designed to channel  energies positively. It also therefore   contributes meaningfully to their own growth and development.
