Papa Leshabane

Papa Leshabane is an Executive Director of the Bosasa Group of Companies and serves on the main board. Leshabane is the voice of the Group in all facets of communication and media.

As media liaison, Leshabane leads media coverage on company achievements and expansion. All communication/media events fall within the scope of his direction. He is also responsible for Customer Relationship Management

Leshabane is also actively involved in all facets of Human Resources in the Group of Companies with special emphasis on the design and management of those processes which support business strategy. Known for his pragmatism, he translates business strategy into operational and human resource plans. He also oversees generalist human resource functions and is the designer behind our performance management system.

Leshabane has gained extensive experience as a management consultant having worked in a broad spectrum of executive and strategic activities including change management, organisational design and change within the Provincial Government, Local Government, energy, FMCG and private sectors.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Masters diploma in Human Resource Management. He also completed a Management Advancement programme from the University of the Witwatersrand.
