In this day and age of ever-changing technological advancements, Bosasa is leading the pack on the information highway. Bosasa IT is tasked with the management of the entire Information and Communication Technology Infrastructure and Support Systems for the entire Group of Companies.
User and systems support is performed by a team of 11 highly skilled computer professionals, engineers, and technicians operating within the Microsoft and Cisco platforms.
Over 250 calls for support are received per month from the over 400 users nationally. Requests for service, or tickets as they are commonly known, are subject to a four hour response and a 24-hour fix SLA.
