Cleaning Services

Cleaning standards throughout the Bosasa group, as well as our clients, are being maintained by the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 standard, which include the use of specialised cleaning materials, developing, implementing and maintaining of cleaning schedules for all cleaning personnel within their area of responsibility.

For safety precautions, there is always careful supervision when cleaners work with chemicals and cleaning equipment. Cleaning personnel are made aware of the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) of specific cleaning chemicals to avoid injuries or accidents.

The Bosasa Group’s comprehensive cleaning division has the rare distinction of being the nucleus of leadership generation.

Bosasa identified that cleaning staff often gravitate to this field of labour for lack of opportunity, lack of knowledge about opportunities, lack of marketable skills coupled to a previous disadvantaged background.

After assessment, cleaning personnel who have a desire to achieve are given opportunities to design a skills development pathway. Regular classes are made available on ABET training (numeracy and literacy), and on successful completion of these courses, these individuals are integrated into relative business units.
