Whilst Full Facilities Management is Bosasa’s main corporate drive, the Job Centre Trust is our contribution to the Correctional Services White Paper. This  aims to  rehabilitate willing and able offenders.

JCT is headed by Dr Denise Bjorkman, Dr Thembi Modungwa, Thandi  Makoko, Jackie  Leyds and Dr.  Louis Scholtz.   

We aim to drive collaborative partnerships between socially concerned industry leaders, the SETAs, NGOs and Institutions. In return, JCT has proven that these positive relationships often result in success stories. We empower willing and able offenders to re-enter society upon parole or release.

The JCT’s main drive,  works on the principle that work is the best form of welfare. By educating a person, granting that individual the opportunity to better him or herself and creating a character building environment, we believe that the chain of poverty and crime can be broken.

Job Centre Trust is a one-stop service which provides a window of opportunity to those who qualify to become useful constructive members of society through the following:

• Linking the young person to his primary community

Promoting accountability, insight into behaviour and
  personal responsibility

Preparation of the ex offender for the economic
  market

Effective skilling and competency building for market
  related opportunities.
