BOSASA has built an Academy consisting of fully equipped lecture rooms and an on-site practical skills training kitchen.

The Academy (Security Training) is registered for both in-house and Commercial Security Services, according to the private Security Industry Regulations Act No 56 of 2001.
With full accreditation, the courses have proven to be an asset in ensuring both the medium and long-term sustainability of service.

The Academy is based in an environment conductive to creating a constructive learning atmosphere for the students. Practical training and assessment is conducted on the job at the various units.
