Bosasa’s continued endeavours towards service excellence and the support of extensive accreditation have earned us a reputation as industry leaders.
With the emphasis on harnessing local talent, Bosasa maintains all its own catering facilities with an integrated maintenance division comprising engineers, technicians and artisans.
We have our own state-of-the-art ISO/HACCP compliant catering facility in Mogale City with the capabilities to cater for 9 000 persons or 27 000 meals per day. It is our dedication to consistency and service that has culminated in Bosasa being recognised as a leading model in the Catering Industry.
Bosasa is a good standing member of SAFMA (the national body for Full Facility Management in South Africa) with links to its international associate IFMA as well as BIFM (the British Institute of Facilities Management).
We are a member of the National Standards Generating Body for Correctional Services, a position which we hold with the highest regard. In addition, Bosasa is a fully SETA accredited company.
Umalusi is the quality assurer in the general, further education and training bands of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
We have been provisionally accredited by Umalusi Council for Quality Assurance in General and Further Education and Training, (www.umalusi.org.za), and have received Candidacy Status towards full accreditation. This is the highest status for any private provider in South Africa at the moment.
